Acceptable Use Policy

1. The short version

Create freely, but do not use Delight Studio to deceive, harm or exploit people, and do not generate anything you would not be allowed to publish yourself.

2. Do not generate

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a real person without consent.
• Content that incites violence, hatred or harassment against people or groups.
• Realistic depictions of real, identifiable people — including public figures — presented as if genuine, or synthetic voices of real people, without their permission.
• Political disinformation, fake news, or content designed to interfere with elections.
• Medical, legal or financial advice presented as professional guidance.
• Malware, phishing material, scams, or content that infringes someone else's copyright or trade marks.
• Content that breaks the rules of the platform you intend to publish it on.

3. Uploads

Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Do not upload other people's photographs, voices or personal data without their consent.

4. AI disclosure

Output is machine generated and can be inaccurate. Review everything before publishing, fact-check any claim, and label AI-generated media where the platform, the law or plain honesty requires it.

5. Platform integrity

• Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, plan limits or access controls.
• Do not resell raw access to our generation capacity or scrape the service.
• Do not probe, load-test or attack the infrastructure.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit generation, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful material to the authorities. Where a breach is serious, no refund is due.

7. Reporting

Report abuse or a rule-breaking production to us and we will investigate.
