Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Delight Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Beta service

Delight Studio is currently offered as a limited beta. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
• One person or organisation per account; do not share access credentials.

4. Plans, credits and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and are billed in advance.
• Generation consumes credits. Credit costs vary by output type and resolution, and the cost is shown before you confirm.
• Monthly plan credits are granted on renewal and expire when your paid period ends. Purchased pay-as-you-go credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for when money is returned.

6. Your content and ownership

• You keep ownership of the material you upload and of the outputs you generate, to the extent ownership is available in law.
• You grant us a limited licence to store and process your material solely to operate the service for you.
• AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection in some countries, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for checking that your use is lawful.

7. Acceptable use

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it, without refund where the breach is serious.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party model, storage and payment providers. Outages or changes at those providers can affect generation. We route around failures where we can, but we do not guarantee any particular provider, model or output.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost content or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, security risk or policy breach.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
