Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name and sign-in method.
• Content data: the ideas, scripts, lyrics, images, audio and productions you create or upload.
• Billing data: plan, credit balance and transaction history. Card details are held by our payment provider, never by us.
• Usage data: generation events, credit transactions, error logs and basic technical information needed to run and secure the service.

2. Why we use it

• To provide the service, generate your content and keep your work available to you.
• To take payment, apply credits and prevent abuse or fraud.
• To support you, fix faults and improve reliability.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and legal obligation.

3. AI processing

To generate content we send your prompts and related material to third-party AI providers for text, image, voice, music and video generation. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your private productions to train our own models.

4. Who we share with

• Cloud hosting, database and file storage providers.
• AI model providers used to fulfil your generation requests.
• Our payment processor, for subscriptions and credit purchases.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Account and content data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your productions and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting, which we retain for up to seven years.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, files are stored in private buckets with signed access, and database access rules restrict every record to its owner. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your in-progress drafts. We do not run advertising trackers.
